1) Carecath provides delivery on all orders using the best available courier services, with shipments arriving between 1 to 15 days.

2) Carecath aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of receiving payment (online) or confirming a Cash on Delivery (COD) order. Any dispatch delays will be communicated via website notifications, email, SMS, or phone call.

3) While Carecath strives to deliver products within 10 business days of order placement, actual delivery times may vary depending on location and factors like courier delays or strikes. 

4) Carecath is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delivery delays.

5) Carecath reserves the right to ship orders in parts, with each shipment considered a separate contract. If a delivery is incomplete, it does not cancel the entire contract.

6) If the customer fails to accept delivery, Carecath may charge additional shipping costs.
